1975 to 1993 (part time and contract work)
Aircraft maintenance technician (airframe) on CC129 Dakota, CC138 Twin Otter, and CF104 Starfighter aircraft. Worked on flight controls, structure, landing gear, fuel systems, hydraulics. Instructed basic aircraft maintenance and airframe technical trades training. Led squadron preparations for three airshows and one maintenance deployment. Led technical training unit. Served in 402 Squadron Winnipeg, 418 Squadron Edmonton, and 440 Squadron Baden Baden. Attained rank of Warrant Officer and received the Canadian Forces Decoration.
